What is Franchise?

A franchise is a business arrangement where one party, known as the franchisor, grants the rights and licenses to another party, known as the franchisee, to operate a business using the franchisor’s established brand name, business model, and support systems. In this relationship, the franchisee pays fees or royalties to the franchisor in exchange for using their brand, products, and services, as well as ongoing support and assistance.
